Car-Go Auto Transport Broker For Garden City Towing, Car-Go Auto Transport - Broker For Garden City Towing lied about delivery day 4x cant locate car location Pheonix Arizona

I made the move from Livonia, MI to Las Vegas, NV. I contacted Car-Go Auto transport on 12/17/04 to find a company to pick up my car on 12/20/04. Garden City Towing in Detroit, MI was hired to do the delivery. Car-Go said it could be picked up on either 12/20/04 or 12/21/04. It was picked up as promised on 12/21/04 and stored in a storage facility since I requested it to be delivered on 1/5/05 when I would be available for delivery. I was originally told a truck was going to pick it up on 12/28/04 and deliver it on 1/7/05. Once I arrived in Las Vegas on 1/3/05, I contacted Car-Go and the car had not even been picked up, but was expected to be picked up on 1/7/05. I contacted Car-Go on 1/10/05 to check on the status and was told the car was picked up and would be delivered on either 1/14/05 or 1/15/05. The car was not delivered. I called on the first open business day after promised drop off date and was told that the truck was going to be in Pheonix the night of 1/18/04 and would deliver my car on 1/19/04. Car again was not delivered as promised. Called 1/19/04 and was told the truck was now in Albuquerque, NM and he was going to drop my car off on 1/20/04. Car did not arrive so I called back and was told as with every time that they had to call the driver and call me back to see what was going on. I never recieved a call back. I called again on 1/21/04 and was told the driver was in Pheonix again, but he had to contact the driver to see when he would be in Las Vegas and call me back. I never received a call back. I left a message to call me back late on 1/21/04 again to call me to let me know where my car is, when will it be here, and why I'm getting the run around. I believe they are not open on the weekends so I will have to wait until Monday to hear their story. I received good service up until delivery, but I have been lied to several times about delivery dates and I have been very patient every time. I believe I deserve an explanation, an apology, a discount, and my car which is a 1970 Chevelle SS classic, which at this point I would consider stolen. Shane Las Vegas, Nevada U.S.A.
